Jon Gibbs

Talisker Bay, Isle of Skye

This is a general view of this stunning location
taken on a gorgeous March evening. It’s always
a good idea to visit here at relatively low tide
to make the most of the wonderful boulders
on the shoreline and the dramatic patterns
that you often find in the black sand.
The late light on this visit was providing subtle
highlights on the boulders, seaweed and the
sand. It’s a location I will never tire of visiting.
