Someone on a mobility scooter weaving a path through the waves as an April storm drives the water over the seawall towards the railway line at Saltcoats.

Greenock Esplanade

Thick fog rolled down the River Clyde and engulfed most of Greenock. I intended to shoot only the fence disappearing into the distance but the emerging dog walker adds a bit more to the scene.

Gourock Paddling pools

High tide led to the old paddling pools being underwater but it was the brief moment of purple sky caused by a Saharan dust plume that brought about the surreal look to this image.
