Mark Elliot

2024 Highly Commended

Morning Reflection

Loch An Eilein – Cairngorms National Park

After numerous visits to this Loch over the years I was finally rewarded with the tranquil conditions I had hoped to get with reflections and a slight mist.

Old Friend In His Autumn Coat

Roslin Glen – Midlothian

This is a tree full of character from my favourite local woodland. Despite my familiarity with the woodland, I still feel it has many shots to offer up through the seasons.

Canon EOS R5, 24mm, F13, 2.5sec, ISO400, Edited in Affinity Photo 2

Loch, Moor And Mountain

Lochan Na Stainge – Rannoch Moor – Black Mount

A late winter visit to Rannoch Moor and Glencoe yielded amazingly changeable conditions. Between the periods of poor weather, I got stunning moments of light shining down on snowy mountain tops.

Canon EOS R5, 87mm, F13, 1/25sec, ISO100, Edited in Affinity Photo 2
