Rock Pools

Rock Pools on the River Etive, this photo was taken in early spring looking down Glen Etive. The colours of the rocks caught my eye along with the stillness of the water. A polariser filter was used to cut the reflections in the water and the graduated filter was used in Lightroom to bring back detail in the sky.

Gollanfield

This copse of Scots pine is located just of the A96 at Gollanfield, the photo was taken one summers evening and using a ND filter an exposure of 209 seconds was used to capture the movement in the clouds. The image was edited in Lightroom to bring back the colour in the image which had been lost using the long exposure.
